Frequently Asked Questions
Question:
What size Engine do you recommend or the least size                        in horse power that you build your machines with?

Answer:
We recommend using no less than 18 H.P. for power                          and Torque in allowing maximum response, power &                           performance. Some Manufacturers try to pass off their
units as powerful commercial truck mounts using 13 &                         15 HP engines, but they are only fooling themselves.

Question:
Can a Truck Mount that has only (1) Heat Exchanger                           produce adequate High Water temperatures for                                  commercial carpet cleaning?

Answer:
Only if the Heater is designed like the Blue Barons use.                       This unique Patent Pending Design uses Axis Point                              Technology to quickly and efficiently transfer the Exhaust                     Heat into the water.
Alot of customers tell us that our Primary Heater (with                         it's special internal design is all they need for heat.                              We recommend that all Heat Systems have some form                       of Pre-Heating Exchanger installed (Especially for the                          Winter Season) as  well as a sufficient water storage                          capacity which often can be at least 2 to 3 Heaters                             depending on the size and length of the internal tubing.
We welcome  you to Demo any of our units and we can                      prove to you how HOT these machines get. You won't                        be disappointed.

Question:
What is the typical water temperature range for most                         Truck Mounted Units?
Answer:
Well-Engineered Truck Mount Carpet Cleaning System, supplied with cold water, is capable of producing a reliable water temperature of up to 190-240 degrees F which can vary depending on Extraction Style / Methods, Engine Speed, Flow Rate (Size of Wand Jets), Mode of Operation and Design lay-out of Heat Exchanger Tubing / Linear Feet of Tubing.
Our New Design Heaters using Axis Point Technology TM
are so effective, that its popularity is now sweeping the                      country!

Question:
Is it important the way a Truck Mount Carpet                                     Machine FRAME  is structurally built?

Answer:
Yes, We take Pride in building our frames with 11                               gauge steel which surrounds the entire Engine                                    and assemblies and not just an "Engine On A box" with the engine & components are unprotected as well as concealed hidden and hard to reach components.
We make it easy for the Customer to service their own                       machine with out paying some so called "Professional                         Tech" $75 to $100 an hour to fix. Also, Our Structual                           Framing will add Maximum Protection for you and your                       machine while allowing your components to breath. SEE BELOW

Avoid the "Cheap" Light Gauge Frames with the ("Engine on the Box") This will leave your Engine & Components Unprotected and increase the possibility of Personal Injury.
Side rails provide added protection and for easy transport.
Smother Covers create poor ventilation and trap in Heat making it difficult for Engine,Blower & Internal Components to breath
Starvation of Air & Restriction (Chocking) of Air will limit life of your engine and surrounding components
Nothing worse than struggling & fussing to remove a
Smother Cover when doing routine servicing  or even checking you engine's oil level. Our Customers should never go through that much trouble.
